Yes, that is possible.

All you need is a smartphone/tablet and the free PowerView app.
To operate the products on the move (away from home), you need a PowerView Gateway.

Which components are needed for control according to time schedules or position of the sun?

You need a smartphone/tablet and the free PowerView app to set it up. The schedules are then saved directly in the products and work even if the smartphone/tablet is no longer in the environment.
